United Motors - Having problem in my new grand Cherokee 2014

My Name is Ahmed Mahmoud Elewa, residence in Jeddah – KSA, working as a sales manager in Energizer Middle East & Africa Ltd, actually I am an owner for a new Grand Cherokee (1C4RJFBT4EC234341), I get it from your distributor in KSA (United Motors Jeddah Branch).

I have a series complaint, whereas I got the car in January 2014 end and from the first day I heard a sound coming from the front Suspension only when I pass over industrial bump, at this time I called the maintenance to inform them and they told me to inform the technician in the 5000 KM maintenance, and I did but nothing happened.

I called the customer call center and they gave me an appointment to enter the car for an additional maintenance request after I explain to them what is the problem, they had the car for half day and they contacted me to collect the car, Hence, I shocked after I test it, still I hearing the sound, and I disappointed when I heard the workshop manager saying that all 2014 Grand Cherokee have this problem and we can’t do anything to you.

How come to buy a new car and it have a problem like this from day one, and how come the distributor replied me like that, believe me this is hearting Jeep image in front of the customers specially that the new Grand Cherokee just launched and it needs a lot of marketing to convince Saudis’ to shift their minds from the Japanese cars.

Please I need your interference to solve my problem whereas I can’t drive a car with such sounds.
